[CAUT] disablity insurance

As a contract tech at the University of Montana, I am required to get a 
Worker's Comp waiver which, as of this year, cost $125!  Go figure, I 
have to pay NOT to be covered.  The Music Dept. agreed to cover the 
cost  - but the whole concept defies common sense.
