Hey, hey! Jeff, All was not smooth going when I was working towards the creation of a staff position at Illinois Wesleyan. It was when an "incident" occurred (sort of turned mild mannered me into Dragon Woman--fire breathing, if you know what I mean) that the piano faculty decided they should back me up and <do> their part. In my case, the head of the school of music was the problem, but all documents (including faculty pleas) got copied to other members of the university administration--provost, the head financial guy, etc. About the hammers, how big is the hall?
