[CAUT] tme and chaos

Instead of a Joe Blow, I put Room 111/Baldwin #123456. I now have Stanford University for the Company Name and the Room 111/Baldwin #123456 as the Customer. When I tune that piano...every 3 months...I can drag it in and have a complete record for just that piano. Downside, is my number of clients will be larger than they really are. I'm just giving this a try....David, you will end up with a lot records for one organization...is that a bad thing? I've figured that out yet. This is the only way I can figure out to have a service record for each piano when I have multiple pianos, other than in notes which then not exactly intuitive to look at. To tell you the truth I've gotten less concerned with individual piano service records with the limits of T & C because everything else is so great...
