Hi, I'm Wim Blees's wife, Jan. I also tune, teach piano and ring handbells,
and with it all, I also have hand and wrist arthritis. I've started on a
supplement called Osteo Bi-Flex, highly recommended by my doctor, who is a sports
medicine expert, and naturalist. I found this in the vitamin pills section of
my pharmacy. Before this, I've had some results with Knox Gelatin for Joints
- a tasteless powder that you can mix into juice or water or anything. I
also tried all those blue gels that you rub on, but the best was BIOFREEZE (all
in caps). My chiropracter sells it, but she says you should ask a pharmacist
in your town for it. It feally feels good! I've also had tendonitis, and
tuning hurt it, but I iced the elbow after work, and it helped. Best of luck.
Jan Blees
