[CAUT] tuning frequency

Hi Wim,
Make a list and have them put on how often they want their piano tuned.
I am sure that in a University situation, there is always something to be 
done. I am sure you wouldn't be left twiddling your thumbs.
Let's face it, if they don't want it done, and it sounds ok to them, you are 
wasting your time, which could be utilized elsewhere.
Maybe another Prof wants it done twice a week.(Just joking)
