[CAUT] Without tipping it (the piano, not the waiter..)

The assistant, depending on their traning, can take the strings off the
hitch and thread while you loosen the tuning pin. and the reverse while
restringing. ??? do the strings need to be twisted?? If so you might want to
be on that end and have your helper just snug the wire.
