A very good quality pair of pliers is available from the Steinway NY parts dept....or at least they were available a couple of months ago, when I still worked at Steinway Hall. They may be sold out by now, but it's worth emailing Shannon Rebele to find out. srebele@steinway.com The pliers are German, and are made specifically for underlever leads.
