No, it is definitely a plate-out job. Our own 225 piano has hardened 
capo and front duplex bars.

I don't know what processes others might use, but we use an in-house 
method which we developed in 1995. However, while I have passed to 
the information on to a small no. of rebuilders, I am not prepared to 
disclose our procedure on list.
