Thanks, Kent, for taking the time to thoroughly explain what needs to be 
done. In addition to your suggestions, and the others, especially the person who 
suggested I make sure the back check wire is tight, I should be able to fix the 
problem. The problems is, the piano is in a church in Birmingham, and hour 
away. I only get there once a month. So I'll just have to remember all the 
suggestions until I get there next month.
