By the number of challenges to John's claim of most extreme humidity
fluctuations, It is obvious that many, or most, of us have to deal
with this.

Hi Chris,

"""By the number of challenges to John's claim of most extreme humidity
fluctuations, It is obvious that many, or most, of us,,,""" might be
planning to attend the CAUT symposium at the PTG Convention in Dallas this
June? :>)

This years topic; "climate control in institutions."

Do any of you have a newer building with state of the art HVAC? What
are the results? Is it worth the work? Will it actually help or am
I howling in vain?

Yes; 1988. Funny you should mention "howling" though.

For years there has been hi-pitched wind-whistling in the corridors. This
year they brought on a new "controls" guy and they are keeping him hopping,
and yes he solved the "howling" problem.

We have all the fancy stuff and the new(ish) over-engineered building, but
are apparently just now figuring out how to use it.

best regards,
Mark Cramer,
Brandon University

Thank you and happy pitch raising!
Chris
