Yamaha key bushings (ideas how to remove)

Try using heat only, using one of the electric key bushing removal =
tools.
Are these original or replacement bushings?

  Can someone tell me what glue was used to put the original bushings =
in.  (and what an appropriate solvent would be.)  I've tried steam =
(ironing a damp cloth strip over the bushings), wallpaper remover =
pre-soak, and just plain picking at them.  Thanks for any help.
