Hi Mark, When does it click ? On the impact or the release ? Have you tried turning the front rail punchings (they sometime are noisy)? Can you get the click on soft blows as well as on hard blows? Does it click with the action out of the piano as well? I've seen springs that were too long IN THE JACK clicking there. Try lubrication the jack end of the spring with grease protec.
