Statement?

Sounds pretty reasonable to me... but I might point out that my own
experience tells me that joint responsibility for overseeing my duties is
shared by the Administrative Director and the Head of the Piano Department.
This works great because the Head of the Piano Department is prevented from
looking too much after his own interests relative to my work, yet still has
very much valuable input as to the daily needs for the piano section as a
whole.
