loose capstans

If these are iron or plated iron the Titbond will stick to the threads
and not the wood.  They may end up looser again soon and then you have a
real mess to clean up.

There was a thread on this topic two or three months ago and I think the
consensus was that tuning pin tightener did work well enough.

CA will also work but you will need to move the capstans a couple of
times to make sure the CA does not stick too well to the metal and more
on the wood.
