Hello, Keith How about a simple solution? Check and see which caster is off the floor, and put a caster cup under it. Well, you didn't say that one of the casters was off the floor ... was it? Even if it wasn't, you could try shimming up the low spot and see if the tuning resuscitated. I'd certainly rather try that than have to tune it again.
