Ohio State Seminar clarifications

Hi list,
I just wanted to post some clarifications for the pricing of the Ohio 
State Seminar:

PTG members - registration before September 16: $109
PTG members - registration after September 16: $134

Non-PTG members - registration after September 16: $139
Non-PTG members - registration after September 16: $164

Extra banquet tickets: $30

No registration charge for the auxiliary activities (but expect to 
pay for events such as visiting the Newport aquarium).
