keytop lips

Is there a source of keytops with fronts attached that has smooth lip
fronts? Typically the front edge is rather sharp, sometimes with a burr
as well, and produces an objectionable feel when playing (corners
particularly). Tops without fronts I find I can smooth adequately with
about 15 minutes and a mill file. The ones with fronts are much harder
to work on. I've tried the various supply houses in the past (though I
haven't checked back in the last five years or so), and found all the
tops supplied needed work on the front lip.
