List,

Wasn't it someone here who wrote about a customer who got
upset because her Encyclopedia Britannica had been moved from
the piano lid in order to do a tuning?
For future reference, the below might be useful. No piano
involved. :)

Encyclopedia Britannica online for free
---------------------------------------
Internet research tools are increasingly mirroring their real-world
counterparts. Among the general references tools available on the Web
are dictionaries and thesauri, but now an electronic version of the
Encyclopedia Britannica is available. The resource materials at
<http://Britannica.com> are assembled in fifteen categories such as
Sports, Arts and Philosophy and are available to users free of charge.
This online version is more comprehensive than the printed set of
encyclopedias found in the library because it cross-references related
links. Students and faculty will find Britannica.com a useful research
or project idea guide, while staff members will now always have a
research tool available on their desktops without having to visit the
library.
