Gee whillikers, Joe. :-)

A good web-based system is not really all that complicated, and offers a
lot of benefits. I'm not talking about Higher Logic, which is clunky at
best.

I'm curious as to how many web-based systems you've visited in the last
year. Which ones were so bad?
