But coaxing the wire around the pin will not help you in that situation 
because of the very sloppy stringing job. I would pass on trying to 
improve the tuning because it cannot be done. Explain to the customer 
that you can not overcome such poor workmanship without restringing the 
piano properly. Don't make their problem your problem.
