Jack,
A 2meg picture will sit in the pianotech purgatory anteroom until 
someone gets around to passing it through for posting. Reduce it to 50k 
next time and it'll pass as quickly as all the text posts that size and 
larger that no one bothered to trim of eleven levels of replies before 
sending.

Then realigning the agraffes isn't going to fix it, but probably ought 
to be done (quickly) for cosmetics.

Bearing? Crown? Hammer mating? What have you checked?
