At least ten years ago I bought an agraffe wrench that looks almost exactly like Ron's. I don't remember exactly where I bought it, but it had to have been from Schaff, Pianotek or American. A cheap 3/8" socket extension, a piece of brass tubing (K&S Engineering) from a hobby shop, and some time with a hack saw and file.
