List: I need to adjust a Young Chang (circa 1991) Damper Upstop Rail that has apparently slipped a bit and is allowing the dampers to rise between ¼ and ½ inch. Can anyone give me some information on how to adjust the rail or provide me with a place to look for information on the procedure. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.
