[pianotech] FW: pedal weight

I came up with a way to measure pedal weight using a lever and an electronic
scale.  The top of the fulcrum has a brace for either foot or hand

to support  for lifting the lever . So far the readings I have are 3-12 lbs.
and an  average is 6 lbs.
