If it stays pretty "live" I'd go with a Mason BB. ( Perhaps one with the synthetic action, especially if there is also not a top-notch, whole-room humidity control system in place.) Less live, Schimmel or Bechstein. "Dead", Steinway. (Just my opinion as a piano "Thumper". But one who has had to play for hours on end in a lobby about that size for a major film festival.)
