        On this date in 1940, Newton Hunt was born.  As he was instrumental in the earliest days of this list, it's only right that he be remembered.  What he would say about the "new" format over "there," I have no idea...but I'd love to hear it!


        We miss his humor, his willingness always to help and his happy, gentle weirdness!
