And as a matter of history, July 2nd was when our forefathers actually agreed to break away from the mother country, so they thought July 2nd would be remembered as what we call Independence Day. They wanted to make a stronger statement to the world, however, by making it a unanimous declaration of independence (there were some southern state governors that had issues with the wording with the original version of the Declaration of Independence, so some editing had to occur before all parties could agree.) Wow...What an appropriate point to remember as we approach Council.
