MAYBE, he is like me - who HATES to SEARCH archives - when someone can easily - and without a snotty attitude - can give him the answer in less than a minute. Comparing to doing a Google search and wading through "who knows how many" answers to find the right one. Hopefully, you are NOT this snotty to your customers.....
