[pianotech] hailun baby grand nominal design regulation spec.s

I'm spending some time this Sunday playing with the regulation on a baby grand hailun.  Blow was at 1.5" and drop somewhat above the strings etc.  Generally unsatisfying.  Wondering if anyone one has design spec.s handy.  If not, I'm already deducing...
