[pianotech] What's with PianoDisc?

I don't know what is going on, except Winter NAMM just happened and maybe they are still getting everything together from that. I have a piano down - the DVD/CD "quit". They have sent me two replacements and neither worked. Then now have all three units (the original and two replacement units they sent me) and are not talking to me.

  Al
try WWW. Live performance.com for the caddy of players. Its in Reno.
At piano disc ask for Michael Zarante and don't take no for an answer. We had an issue with a unit and they fixed it nicely last fall.

Does anyone do business with PianoDisc? My installer and I have been trying to contact them for a month now with no reply. Maybe PianoDisc is not the best way to go. I'd hate to need service. Any info on them, or a better way to go, would be greatly appreciated.
