I personally like many of the GS -series in general. Some were better than others...as usual. I worked on several GS-30s which I like very much. Changed hammers in one for a dramatic improvement in tone and sustain. Only worked on 1, GS -40, and it was only fair IMO. Still 4 K is fair. For my ear.... most Asian pianos benefit greatly from an appropriate hammer transplants as well as higher quality bass strings. Dale Erwin R.P.T. Erwin's Piano Restoration Inc. I can't recall servicing one and could use some opinions. Kawai is a solid co. and I would expect this to be a decent piano. The seller is asking 4k. Very low milage.
