Hi Rick,

If you are referring to upright dollies - go ahead and drill them out so they 
will accept hex head lag screws. You don't need to increase the size that much.  
 They are much sturdier mounted that way.

The last set of dollies I got had holes that were too small for any hex head 
bolts I could find. Had to use screws!

Never seen this before. Do the holes need to be bored out?
