I meant that generally the pins had less torque than I would like, but I did not measure the torque. Two or three were loose enough to "instantaneously" move back a substantial amount when I put the lever on them. I hammered them further in and they gripped. With regard to "IMHO, either the pin turns on it's own or it doesn't.". What timescale and amount of degrees or fractions of a degree are you talking about for the turning (if we are to be in measuring mode)?
