I understand it can be thinned with water.
I have gone to a hobby shop and purchased Sobo glue, which seems the same, but more pricey.

LIST,
I can't seem to find any info on the shelf life of pvce glue.
I have a keytop job this week and my bottle of pvce is a bit thick and a few years old . If the stuff was available local I wouldn't ask but it ain 't and I am.
