[pianotech] return spring

Wim -
Attached (or attempted to) a photo sent to me by David Kirkland, a 
while back.  I sent a copy to Ryan Sowers (also a while back) when he 
asked, and was thinking to have some made up.  Don't know if he 
did.   Penny not included.
