[pianotech] Jaras Key Button Jig?

John,
It is, essentially "T" shaped. The top of the "T" has a slot that a "block" that slides from side to side. Inside that "block" is, (the mechanism that went missing), part that holds the balance rail pin with a set knob to fix it in the appropriate "slant". At the base of the "T" is a vertical projection that has a means of clamping the key with a knobbed 1/4 - 20 bolt w/a clamp head on the other end that faces an anvil projection. All that holds the key side(s) square.
Oh, on the "block", is attached an "L" shaped gizmo that has a slotted track for an "arm" w/a "fork" on its end that swivels down into the key button slot and spanning the sides of the balance pin, at the same time. Once the key is clamped in and the button attached and held into place with the "fork" you can clamp the button, (w/glue) to the key stick.
PHEW!
The newer version has three parts that are not joined together, like the olde one, (which I have).
The part(s) that went missing were the ones inside the sliding "block".
Hmmmm? it just occured to me.... is it possible to contact "Jaras"? Any thoughts on that?
Regards,
Joe

I have one I got a while ago.
How do I know if it is the old version?
