Thanks, Ron. I *think* I see how it works. The block is made of two pieces.
Holes for the pins are bisected, and that's where it comes apart?

I honestly couldn't see any of that from Rick's pic. Looks much clearer
with wood. Well, and that it's out of the lyre, or pedal box, or whatever
that thingee is called.  :-)
