Well, there's always the resolution of the instrument, and for the most 
part, one decimal point is as much or more than the piano can resolve, 
much less two. Then someone walks past breathing, or the HVAC cycles or 
the door opens and the pitch changes 0.2¢. You can measure marshmallows 
with a micrometer all day if you like, but at the end of the day, you 
don't have any real and practical use for smore decimal places, and the 
size of the marshmallow is still approximate.
