I tuned it over a year ago and I wrote in my notes that it needed a regulating, but don't remember checking it closely. There were no letters like the Samick serial numbers, so I'm inclined to think you're right about China. I'll go check it out and also see if I can get any more info from the customer. She wants to have it regulated or trade it up to a Yamaha C3 that I have. I'm sure I'll pass on the trade.
