There sure seem to be a lot of "confidential information"s being thrown about as reasons why the general PTG population cannot learn more about various hot issues.

As a PTG member, I would expect "management" and/or "IT" to periodically publish how the software/web transition is going, what issues need to be tackled next, and when (they are expected)... especially when the "service" is a hot issue, one that stymies or impedes work and/or communication.

That's the way it worked within Hewlett Packard, where I worked for many years...

I'm sorry, David, but that is confidential information that only the board
an discuss amongst itself because it is sworn to secrecy (issues of libel
nd slander) and no minutes are taken.  And if they told you and you told
omeone else, you could be brought up on ethics charges.  You're a
roublemaker for even asking.  It is for the best that you do not know,
rust them.  :-)
Me, I'm just going to sit over here and drool.  I love everything about
YPTG, and I especially love my leaders.  I love them all.  Oh yes, I do!!
