Rick, The action has to come out or at least be leaned back if the straps are broken .Then loosen the screw that is on the back side of the damper lever enough to loosen the plate that clamps on to the center pin. Slide the damper lever off . Then it's just like any other upright damper . Remove the screw that attaches the flange to the action rail and lift out the flange-butt assembly. Just be careful as the damper lever return spring is still attached to the flange and it can get bent on the way out. . Check out page A-23 of the pianotek catalog or page 125 of Schaff .(Pianotek has the better picture ) The parts are illustrated and my wordy explaination may make more sense.
