Are the other things I mentioned a possibility damper spring jack etc?  Thanks

There are many possibilities for keys to be sluggish. Only by inspecting the piano in person, and trying all sorts of things, will you know  what is causing the problem

I will mention the dam pchaser to the folks with the lighted up Yamaha. :-)  
 
As for the hammer butt return springs, I'll mention that as a possibility in m findings.  Are the other things I mentioned a possibility damper spring jack etc?  Thanks
