[pianotech] Yamaha p22

I distinctly remember Yamaha's like this produced a loud BONG sound upon
loud playing that was coming from the stop rail between the dampers and the
hammers.

I seem to recall working on a P22 a long ways back that had excessive
ringing such as described, and I finally traced it to a very active rear
waste section, that part between the hitch pins and the bridge. Normally
this area isn't a problem, but on this piano I had to insert stringing braid
to quiet it down.
