[pianotech] Key leveling

With that said (see below), the capstans screws on the keys are for reducing 
lost motion and those in the picture are for key leveling.
To "me" it seems like an easier method to level keys (pulling keys and 
adding or removing paper punchings from under the felt punching and then 
putting the key back on!
