It's really not apropos pianos at all, but it just seems worth drawing folks' attention to, somehow. November 5th in the UK is what in England is called Bonfire Night and in Scotland Guy Fawkes Night. There are bonfires and fireworks. Towns put on municipal displays. The Highland town of Oban, due to a pyrotechnical error, saw the entire fireworks diplay, intended to last 20 minutes, (about $100,000 worth) go off in fifty seconds.
