Hi, I posted this question on the "myptg.org" with little response. This action with keys came into my shop for overhaul, and the client would like to know. Can someone on this list help? ----- Original Message ----- From: <pianotech-request at ptg.org> To: <pianotech at ptg.org> Sent: Tuesday, June 2 Question: Did Steinway use the "Waterfall" type plastic keytops on post war consoles. Each white key has a brad at the rear, and two under the rolled front. The key buttons are also nailed. They look original. Are they? Carlos Ralon, RPT P.S.
