[pianotech] Honky tonk tuning

I sent a similar inquiry to the Aural Fine Tuning list but haven't 
seen it post yet, so've decided to return to my roots, here.  Any 
advice on approach to honky tonk tuning?  In a while, I'll try the 
approach I'm aware of: straight tune, then detune one side by (?) 
beats.  Any other ideas appreciated.
