John; You mentioned in your post that you carried 8" clamps in your vehicle. That got me thinking---what other items might you carry for other exigencies? Or other every day customer service visits? One of the techs mentioned a Fastvac500 and that customers were impressed with a complimentary cleanup. We had a small vac when I worked at Berklee College of Music---"Piglet" went everywhere with us! If list contributors have had a discussion of what they carry beyond the ordinary and necessary minimums in the past please direct me to the year in the archives. I'd look it up myself, but I'm STILL shoveling out here in Boston. (No, not shoveling the ground--now we're shoveling the roofs.)
