As to the work being performed, I've already answered that, w/ the customer's confirmation, and more detailed info on my part. "There will always be bad work out there;" Agreed " just make sure you are not the one doing it," Agreed, I've been to 5 Conventions in the past 10 years, been to the Little Red Schoolhouse, am working w/ several top end Piano Technicians in the area, and have been the StL Chapter Newsletter editor for the past couple of years. I am always trying to improve. If I can't do a job to the highest level, I'll outsource it to someone much better. "and leave it at that." No I won't... just like the PTG agreed that the previous testing for Craftsman was incomplete and instituted a better test, which PTG has continued to improve. Are you willing to leave people out there w/ the RPT label & web-promoting who could not even pass the limited RPT test of today? Date: Wed, 31 Aug 2011 07:21:27 -0500 Unless you watched the work in question while it was being performed, you don't know for certain who is responsible. <snip> Take advantage of the continuing education that PTG offers in order to better service your own customers. There will always be bad work out there; just make sure you are not the one doing it, and leave it at that. Kent Swafford -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
