The hex bolts go in to the back of the piano, through brackets located where hinges usually go. You have to pull the piano out from the wall, get the bolts out, then lift the lid out of the way. It is probably the most secure school piano. Save from even the uninitiated tuner. I had one in a home I tuned regularly. I left the bolts finger tight only.
